Summary of Actions for 2023 and Renewed Ambitions for 2024
On Tuesday January 16, 2024, the Board of Directors of the National Agency for Investment of Territorial Communities (ANICT) was held in the meeting room of the Ministry, under the chairmanship of the Minister of State, Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization, government spokesperson, Colonel Abdoulaye Maiga. This amount reflects the determination of the State and its financial partners to intensify their efforts in favor of decentralization and local development. The debates focused on the judicious distribution of resources, emphasizing the importance of transfers to local authorities to strengthen local initiatives.
The prospects for 2024, with projects such as the construction of headquarters of newly created local authorities and the digitalization of tax collection processes, attest to ANICT's desire to play a leading role in the positive transformation of local authorities in the Mali
