The Human Resources Directorate of the
General Administration sector has the mission of developing, at the
level of the ministerial departments cited below, the elements of the
national policy in the field of human resources management and
development.
As such, it is responsible for:
•design and implement human resources development plans and programs;
•apply legislation governing human resources;
•ensure the management of organic executives of the services of ministerial departments in the General Administration sector;
•monitor the human resources information and communication system;
•provide advisory support to service heads of ministerial departments in the general administration sector in the area of human resources management;
•ensure the monitoring and development of social dialogue.
In terms of human resources management, it covers the following ministerial departments:
•the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization;
•the Ministry of Labor and Civil Service;
•the Ministry of National Reconciliation;
•the Ministry of State Reform;
•the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Worship.
