In accordance with the provisions of
Article 2 of Order No. 056/P-RM of September 28, 2008, the Interior
Inspectorate's mission is to:
•control the operation and action of services and organizations under the Territorial Administration.
•control the activities of State representatives at the level of Territorial Communities;
•control local authorities, services and organizations under the Ministry.
•ensure compliance and application of legislative and regulatory provisions relating to administrative, financial and material management by the Department's services and organizations;
•assist services and their staff and local authorities with management advice or organizational assistance or through the implementation of training programs with a view to strengthening their efficiency.
